Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date may be eligible for a refund, subject to review and booking terms.
• Requests received within 30 days of arrival may be treated as cancellations for the upcoming service period and may not qualify for a full refund.
• In case of unforeseen circumstances, each request will be evaluated with due consideration.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after a formal review of the cancellation request.
• Eligible refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment used at the time of booking.
• For credit card payments, the refund will be credited back to the same card.
• For payments made via payment gateways or bank transfers, refunds will be processed to the originating account.
• Processing timelines may vary depending on banking institutions.
