Jaya Group's founder is Mr. Vivekanandan, and the promoters of the entities within the group are his wife, three sons, and their spouses.
MR. VIVEKANANDAN
Mr. Vivekanandan is a distinguished businessman and the revered Founder and Chairman of Jaya Group of Concerns. Having commenced his entrepreneurial journey as a timber merchant at a very young age he went on to become the Managing Partner of Krishna Sagar & Krishna Raj Timber Companies. In 1975, he established his first hotel in Sultan Bathery, which served as a catalyst for the Jaya Group's foray into the hospitality sector. In 1992, he launched Hotel Jaya in Calicut, further consolidating the Group's position in the industry. Mr. Vivekanandan also serves as the Director of Wild Planet Pvt. Ltd., demonstrating his diverse expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence.
MR. MAHESH
Mr. Mahesh Pulikkal, 48, is the eldest son of Mr. Vivekanandan. He is a very talented entrepreneur and an MBA holder. He has served as the driving force behind the success of Jaya Group for the past 25 years and has been instrumental in the development of the group's hotels. He currently serves as the Managing Director and promoter of Wild Planet Resorts.
MR. RATHEESH
Mr. Ratheesh Pulikkal, 45, is the second son of Mr. Vivekanandan. He established Jaya Boots, Mayflower restaurant, and Hair Tree clinics. Currently, he serves as a promoter and Director of Wild Planet Resort.
MR. RAJESH
Mr. Rajesh Pulikkal, 43, is the third son of Mr. Vivekanandan. He focuses on sustainable development and eco-friendly businesses, contributing his expertise to promote the group's resorts and plantations.
MR. TN KRISHNAKUMAR
TN Krishnakumar, 57, has 35+ years of experience in Electrical Power Industries and currently serves as Owner & CEO of Santhi International, Dubai, and Managing Director of The Serenity Resorts, Wayanad.
