Jaya Group's founder is Mr. Vivekanandan, and the promoters of the entities within the group are his wife, three sons, and their spouses.

MR. VIVEKANANDAN

Mr. Vivekanandan is a distinguished entrepreneur and the Founder & Chairman of the Jaya Group of Concerns. Beginning his journey as a timber merchant at a young age, he went on to become the Managing Partner of Krishna Sagar & Krishna Raj Timber Companies, building a strong foundation in business leadership. In 1975, he established his first hotel in Sultan Bathery, marking the Group’s entry into the hospitality sector, and in 1992 launched Hotel Jaya in Calicut, further strengthening its presence. He also serves as Director of Wild Planet Pvt. Ltd., reflecting his diverse expertise, strategic vision, and enduring commitment to excellence.

MR. MAHESH

Mr. Mahesh Pulikkal, 48, is the eldest son of Mr. Vivekanandan and a dynamic entrepreneur with an MBA qualification. For over 25 years, he has been a driving force behind the growth and success of the Jaya Group, playing a pivotal role in the development and expansion of its hospitality ventures. He currently serves as the Managing Director and Promoter of Wild Planet Resorts, a luxury destination renowned for exceptional service in the tourism and hospitality sector. His deep industry expertise, strategic leadership, and forward-thinking approach continue to fuel the Group’s rapid growth and future success.

MR. RATHEESH

Mr. Ratheesh Pulikkal, 45, is the second son of Mr. Vivekanandan and an accomplished entrepreneur with an MBA qualification. He founded Jaya Boots, a leading multi-brand footwear dealership in Kerala, and is the visionary behind the success of Mayflower, a renowned non-vegetarian restaurant and outdoor catering unit. He also established the acclaimed brand Hair Tree, a leading chain of hair plantation and PRP clinics with 10 branches across Kerala. Currently, he serves as Promoter and Director of Wild Planet Resort, contributing his extensive business expertise and strategic insight to the Group’s expanding ventures.

MR. RAJESH

Mr. Rajesh Pulikkal, 43, is a seasoned entrepreneur and the third son of Mr. Vivekanandan. A Commerce graduate, he began his business journey in 2002, initially managing plantations before expanding into the hospitality sector. With a strong focus on sustainable development and eco-friendly business practices, he has been instrumental in strengthening the Group’s resorts and plantation ventures. With over two decades of experience, his practical expertise, strategic approach, and commitment to responsible growth have played a significant role in the continued success and expansion of the Group’s diverse enterprises.

MR. TN KRISHNAKUMAR

T.N. Krishnakumar, 57, Additional Director of Wild Planet Pvt. Ltd., is the son of Late T.K. Narayaniyer and Smt. Rajalakshmi Ammal of Thodupuzha, Kerala. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from Government College of Engineering, Trivandrum, an MBA from IMDR, Pune, and a Diploma in Export Management from Symbiosis Institute of Management, Pune. With over 35 years in the Electrical Power industry across the Middle East, he has held senior leadership roles with global organizations including General Electric, ABB, Schneider Electric, Areva T&D/Alstom, Eaton, and Larsen & Toubro. He is currently Owner & CEO of Santhi International, Dubai, and Managing Director of The Serenity Resorts, Wayanad.
